
- Bookings made by telephone will remain firm provided we receive
the amount due within seven days.
- If your course starts within one month of the date you make
the booking, please pay the total price.
- The balance due must be received at least one month before
the beginning of the period booked. If we do not receive it when due, we shall
with regret, make your booking available to others.
- All payments must be made in sterling.
- Once we have accepted your booking and payment a contract
has been entered into.
- When you sign the booking form you warrant: that you are
over 18 years old and have the authority of any persons accompanying you who
will use the property during the period booked; that you sign on their behalf
and that you will indemnify us against all loss and damage arising directly
or indirectly to the property and its contents from any deliberate or negligent
act or omission by yourself or any person
accompanying you.
- We shall not be responsible for any loss, or damage to any
belongings, or injuries sustained by you or any person accompanying you.
- You must arrange your own holiday cancellation and travel
insurance.
- If you cancel a booking for any reason you must notify us
in writing and whatever you have paid (less £20) will be returned to
you if that booking is taken up by someone else. No refund can be made if
the cancelled booking is not rebooked.
- We can in some cases transfer bookings to a new date if available
provided this is requested not less than two months from the start of the
course.
- We may cancel a booking at any time before the date on which
it begins. We would only expect to do this for a reason unforeseen by us at
the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event we shall refund
in full all money received by us for the booking.
